About the Role

BriteCap is hiring a Website & SEO Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. You'll manage and optimize our WordPress website, lead the development and execution of our SEO strategy, and oversee paid media campaigns. The Goal: To turn qualified traffic into measurable business outcomes.
 
 This is a hands-on role with strategic oversight—ideal for someone who can balance daily execution with long-term growth thinking.

Responsibilities

Website Management (WordPress)

  • Maintain and optimize the company website for speed, UX, and conversions
  • Manage site structure, plugins, and general upkeep (with support from devs as needed)
  • Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve performance

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Build and execute an SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives
  • Audit and improve site health and search visibility
  • Collaborate with content and design to align deliverables with SEO objectives
  • Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush (or equivalent)
  • Manage online reputation management to enhance brand visibility and maintain a positive digital presence.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Track and improve metrics like CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Manage campaign budgets and make data-backed recommendations

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Create regular reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and actionable insights
  • Use analytics tools to inform strategy and drive decision-making
  • Present findings and progress clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, website performance, and paid media
  • Advanced experience with WordPress (you know your way around without needing constant dev support)
  • Demonstrated success growing organic traffic and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Experience managing and reporting on paid media campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Looker, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across content, design, and tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or small business sectors
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
