The Opportunity

The Senior SEO Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and support business growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and analytical thinker with extensive experience in technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site performance and crawlability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to create SEO-friendly content, identifying gaps, and leveraging AI-powered tools (if any) to drive organic traffic growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Identify and address on-page and off-page SEO issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
• Meticulously monitoring key SEO performance metrics and providing detailed reports to the leadership team to track progress towards aggressive traffic goals.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
