Job Description

The purpose of this role is to implement and execute SEO initiatives, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes SEO initiatives and is responsible for their tactical and strategic development
  • Liaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
  • Coaches and develops junior staff, supervising their projects and day to day activities
  • Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in implementing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on SEO strategies
  • Proven experience in using tools related to Digital Marketing (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, SEO Monitor, etc) as well as Office tools (Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc). 
  • Ability to organize and meet deadlines, proactivity, and team spirit. 
  • Understanding and focus on clients' business/communication strategy and a clear understanding of the definition and control of KPIs (such as organic traffic, conversion rate, and keyword ranking).
  • Bachelor’s degree in management and/or Marketing (preferred).
