Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for increasing our online presence and improving our search engine rankings. Your expertise in search engine optimization will help us drive more traffic to our website, generate leads, and convert them into customers, ultimately contributing to the growth of our SaaS businesses.



Responsibilities:

On-Page Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and URLs, to align with SEO best practices.
  • Ensure on-page elements are strategically placed to improve organic search visibility.

 Content Optimization:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and drives engagement.
  • Optimize landing pages and blog posts to increase search engine rankings and user experience.

 Technical SEO:

  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance website crawlability and indexing.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO changes, such as site speed enhancements, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth website migrations

Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Identify opportunities for guest blogging, influencer outreach, and other link acquisition strategies.

 Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve SEO strategies continuously.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform SEO strategies.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
