SEO Manager

Oversee internal SEO department goals and I&P division strategies. 

Monitor and improve SEO performance in Technical, On-page, Off-page, and content areas for defined brands and markets. 

Propose enhancements for web-shop technical and content to boost conversion rates. 

Develop a holistic view of the organic traffic channel, identifying opportunities and issues for brand empowerment. 

Advocate SEO benefits, promoting transparency and awareness within the company. 

 

Daily Tasks

  • Analyse digital presence based on keywords and organic traffic. 

  • Review search intent and optimise meta-data and content alignment. 

  • Define and strengthen the organic conversion funnel. 

  • Stay updated on industry SEO guidelines and provide progress reports in meetings. 

 

Collaboration

  • Foster relationships with other group areas to cultivate SEO culture. 

  • Collaborate with E-com platform segments, especially Performance. 

  • Constant learning in SEO and digital marketing. 

  • Engage in TAKKT Group's digitisation projects and stay updated on SEO trends. 

 

Tools and Analyses

  • Master digital tools for Business Unit insights. 

  • Conduct technical web-shop analyses for bug detection. 

 

Authorization: As per approved guidelines. 

 

Targets

  • Quality goals: Keyword visibility, rankings, average orders, order intake, Organic traffic. Timely and quality reports. 

  • Ad-hoc goals supporting digital marketing. 

 

Analysis

  • Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Ahref, Semrush or other tool established by the department or stakeholders. 

 

Reporting

  • WBR, MOM Report, Huddlle, SEO, Internal KPI reports, and any other report asked by the department or stakeholders. 

 

Contacts

  • Head of SEO, Director E-shop, PO developers, CATMAN, Product experience and any other department based on canges in the company or reporting lines. 

 

Overall Goals

  • Increase order intake, organic traffic, conversion rates, NPS. 

  • Contribute to creating a top-tier e-commerce platform.
