SEO Manager

Are you passionate about SEO and ready to take ownership of organic search growth across multiple markets? We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic visibility and sales for Kesko Senukai Digital eShops across the Baltic States. If you thrive in a dynamic, international e-commerce environment and have a strong background in SEO and team management, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities:

• Grow organic visibility and sales from Organic Search for all 6 Kesko Senukai Digital eShops (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
• Manage and lead the In-House SEO team.
• Collaborate with SEO agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement on-site, off-site, and technical SEO strategies.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align SEO strategies with overall digital marketing goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO, including technical SEO audits, on-site, and off-site SEO development.
• At least 1 year of experience in team management.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

Considered as an advantage:

• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Ads.
