The SEO Manager will coordinate, plan, develop, and implement
optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine rankings and
drive new user acquisition. This role requires both strategic thinking
and hands-on execution across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. You'll work
cross-functionally with content, product, marketing, development, and local
market teams to deliver meaningful improvements in organic performance.

- Strong knowledge of modern SEO: technical, on-page, and off-page.
- Proven experience running SEO audits and driving measurable results.
- Hands-on with link-building and content outreach.
- Skilled in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Clear communicator with strong organizational and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience in iGaming, online gambling, or sports betting is a strong plus.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and familiarity with major CMS platforms or custom systems are both advantages.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost visibility, traffic, and new users.
- Run regular on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits to spot and fix issues.
- Optimize keywords, metadata, content, and site structure for better rankings.
- Lead link-building and outreach with local teams to grow domain authority.
- Work with developers to resolve crawl, indexing, and speed issues.
- Tailor SEO efforts to each marketβs needs and audience.
- Track and report key SEO metrics like traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
