You'll own a multi-million euro revenue channel, leading SEO initiatives for a platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies like KLM and KPMG. 
You'll be building enterprise-grade SEO infrastructure, implementing cutting-edge technical optimisations, and leveraging AI-driven content strategies to capture market share in competitive B2B SaaS verticals. With direct access to C-level leadership and a mandate to scale our organic presence over the next 6-12 months, this role offers the strategic influence and technical challenges that define world-class SEO leadership. 

What will you do: 

• Strategic SEO Leadership 

  • Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategy across our European markets, directly impacting organic revenue 

  • Lead technical SEO initiatives including Core Web Vitals optimization, JavaScript rendering strategies, and enterprise-level schema implementation 

  • Drive programmatic SEO development, scaling content creation through advanced automation and AI orchestration 

    Advanced Technical Operations 

  • Architect site migrations, international SEO frameworks, and implementations for multi-language expansion 

  • Optimize for emerging search technologies including AI Overviews, Search Generative Experience, and voice search optimization 

  • Implement advanced tracking and attribution models using GA4, HubSpot, and custom analytics solutions 

  Team & Stakeholder Leadership 

  • Work side by side with our Content Lead and mentor our SEO and content specialists 

  • Collaborate directly with Product, and Sales leadership on strategic initiatives 

  • Partner with European marketing teams to ensure SEO integration across all growth channels 

  Innovation & Experimentation 

  • Pioneer AI-driven content strategies using custom GPT models, and proprietary content generation workflows 

  • Lead conversion rate optimization for organic traffic, targeting 25%+ improvement in qualified lead generation 

  • Develop predictive SEO models using machine learning for keyword opportunity identification and content performance forecasting 

About you:

• 🎓 Experience:

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SEO experience with demonstrated revenue impact  

  • Expert-level proficiency in: Semrush/Ahrefs Enterprise, Google Search Console 

  • Proven experience with enterprise CMS platforms (HubSpot Enterprise, WordPress VIP) and CDN optimization 

• 👥 Strategic Leadership:

  • Track record of scaling organic traffic for B2B SaaS companies in competitive markets 

  • Experience managing SEO budgets and cross-functional teams and/or agencies 

  • Deep understanding of search algorithm evolution, and enterprise-level link building strategies 

• 🤖 AI Fluency: all team members are expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build robust business cases, interpret and report on key performance metrics, and make smart use of AI tools—whatever helps them work smarter and drive results in their role.

• 🌍 Market & Language Expertise 

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English. 

  • Dutch and/or German capabilities highly preferred.  

  • Understanding of European search behaviour, local business culture, and regulatory considerations (GDPR, Digital Services Act) 

  • Experience with international SEO, currency/pricing optimization, and multi-regional search strategies
