Our client is an award-winning London-based digital marketing agency managing SEO, paid media, and digital strategies for global clients across B2B and B2C industries. We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager to join our fully remote team.

This is a hands-on role where you will develop and execute SEO strategies, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive exceptional results. We want to hear from you if you have a strong technical SEO background, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, and can confidently manage global client strategies.

Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement high-impact SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions for a portfolio of global clients.
  • Keyword Research & Content Strategy – Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimise existing content, and help shape content strategies that align with user intent.
  • On-Page & Technical SEO – Optimize website structures, metadata, and internal linking. Ensure technical SEO best practices are followed, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building – Develop high-quality backlink strategies, build authoritative links, and support digital PR campaigns to enhance domain authority.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis – Benchmark client performance against competitors, identify SEO opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • SEO Audits & Troubleshooting – Identify and fix technical SEO issues, ensuring best practices for indexing, crawling, and ranking.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools to track performance and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with content writers, developers, and paid media specialists to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of continuous, hands-on experience dedicated to SEO, with at least 5 years in a senior agency role. Agency experience is a must.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise (crawling, indexing, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Proven experience optimising B2B & B2C websites for organic growth.
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Experience building and executing link-building strategies that drive results.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with content marketing & digital PR for SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting insights and strategies to clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
