Off-Page SEO Manager

About the role

• We’re looking for an Off-Page SEO Manager to help our iGaming and performance sites climb the rankings fast. You’ll get serious budgets, full freedom to experiment, and access to strategies most agencies will never see. If you love SEO, data, and the thrill of rapid results — this is the most fun you’ll have in SEO.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Build and run off-page strategies that move rankings fast across multiple iGaming domains.
• Hunt for high-value domains, backlinks, and authority opportunities using tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Use large budgets to acquire domains, links, and other exciting SEO assets.
• Manage and optimize relationships with top-tier link vendors and publishers.
• Track link velocity, DR/RD growth, and performance through real-time dashboards.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and tech teams to keep authority flowing smoothly.
• Experiment relentlessly — we test, learn, and scale faster than anyone else.
• Mentor off-page specialists and refine our playbooks as we grow.
• Report wins and insights clearly, backed by data and measurable impact.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of SEO experience, focused on link-building and authority growth.
• Strong technical and analytical understanding of off-page signals.
• Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive industries is a plus.
• Curious, experimental, and driven to win fast.
• Comfortable owning budgets and performance metrics end-to-end.
