Business Segment Overview  

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies

Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

  • Innovate and help drive all SEO activities for the regions you will be managing to improve key metrics and deliver outstanding ROI.

 

Primary duties will include

  • Own each assigned SEO task from inception to reporting of results.
  • Managing, training and supporting team members.
  • Optimize all facets of SEO for your region(s) to drive maximum organic growth.
  • Be a technical SEO evangelist by directing and managing all on-site audits and implementations to ensure SEO best practices are adhered to (e.g. CWV, structured data, etc.).
  • Proactively keep on top of industry news, search engine updates and industry trends.
  • Share useful insights with the team to ensure the company is at the forefront of SEO innovation.
  • Report to senior stakeholders to highlight return on investment and progress achieved on KPIs.
  • Leverage, create and contribute to content strategies to maximise SEO growth.
  • Ensure content and technical SEO considerations are always taken into account.
  • Help internal teams to better understand search engines and help them drive organic growth.
  • Working closely with internal/external teams and regional offices to identify commercial SEO growth areas and ensure SEO is prioritised.
  • Be an SEO evangelist within the company by showing how SEO can help drive conversions.
  • Working with APAC SEO team lead to define the regional strategy and deliver outstanding ROI.
  • Undertaking backlink audits & collaborating toward/managing white-hat link building campaigns.
  • Liaising with external service vendor and internal financial teams to process invoices.

 

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • International SEO experience (minimum 2 years).
    • Priority region: Singapore and Australia.
    • Working on global domain(s) with multiple websites for different regions/languages that receive traffic from multiple search engines.
    • Speaking mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
  • Experience in SEO content creation (internal and external content copywriters).
  • Good overall understanding of how content impacts SEO efforts and how to optimize it for target audiences.
  • Experience in ASO experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with teams across different time zones.
  • Experience / knowledge of FX / CFD trading and/or investing is an advantage.
  • Working experience in a regulated financial company is an advantage.
  • Good experience working with industry tools: GA, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Good knowledge about ranking signals and algorithm udpates.
  • Good technical SEO knowledge and experience in working with development team.
  • Experience in managing and executing modern white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Experience working with other marketing channels, e.g. social, PPC, display, etc. would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge around important SEO verticals and rich results: news, video, AI Overviews, etc.
