Are you a Technical SEO who loves freelancing but hates chasing down clients? At Good one, we partner with skilled freelancers to deliver top-quality work to our clients — while giving you the freedom to choose projects that fit your schedule. The contract is based on freelance model but we act with you as our employee.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits across client websites (crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, etc.)
- Diagnose SEO issues and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with SEO specialists and developers to implement SEO best practices on client websites
- Optimize site architecture, internal linking, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and hreflangs for local and international SEO
- Spot and suggest ways to automate processes, enhance technical efficiency, and scale SEO efforts across multiple websites
- Keep up with the latest search engine updates and evolving trends in technical SEO to ensure strategies remain effective and future-proof
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Technical SEO or similar role (agency experience is a plus!)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how technical elements affect SEO
- Hands-on experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Experience working with various content management systems (CMS), handling website migrations, and enhancing site performance for better SEO outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into practical, results-driven SEO strategies
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious – someone who thrives on solving problems and staying ahead of the curve

- Salary starting at 2700€ gross. The specific salary offer will depend on the candidates experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
