Role Summary:

We’re looking for an SEO Content Specialist to join our growing SEO team. If you’re passionate about blogging, content creation, and turning keyword insights into engaging stories that drive traffic, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce SEO-optimised content that fuels organic growth and visibility.
• Optimise and refresh existing content to boost relevance and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to plan high-impact content that attracts new customers.
• Create detailed SEO briefs with keyword targets, headings, and structural guidance for writers.
• Understand customer wants, needs, and pain points and reflect these in content.
• Edit and refine copy with confidence, from small tweaks to major rewrites.
• Bring ideas to life: from ideation to briefing, proofreading, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all content aligns with legal, brand, and PR guidelines.
• Track results, share insights, and suggest improvements.

Your Skills and Competences:

• You speak and write English and Russian at a native level (Spanish and Estonian are a bonus).
• You have 1–2 years of SEO experience with measurable results.
• You are analytical and comfortable using SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• You can confidently work with keyword data in Excel / Google Sheets.
• You have a strategic mindset, spot SEO opportunities, and back ideas with data.
• You’re a strong writer and editor, with a great instinct for engaging content.
• You have an excellent eye for detail — from words to visuals.
• You thrive in autonomous environments: taking ownership, persevering through challenges, and staying proactive.
