In under a year, we’ve grown from 18 to 52 clients—and that pace isn't slowing down. With an international team across the U.S., Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, and Pakistan, we’re now seeking a high-impact Senior SEO Manager to level up our strategy and execution.
This is not a traditional SEO role. This is a performance-driven leadership role that combines SEO strategy, execution oversight, and team management.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do SEO”—you need to think and breathe performance marketing. You should be wired to ask, “What will move the needle right now?” and stay constantly curious about what will work next in the fast-evolving world of SEO.
We already have two task-oriented SEO specialists. What we’re missing—and urgently need—is a strategic lead who can drive fast results, own the SEO product, and elevate our performance across high-tier accounts.
This is your chance to step into a key leadership role, build and improve systems, and ensure our strategies are implemented quickly and effectively.
Lead and manage the SEO department with full ownership of the product and results
Think like a performance marketer—focused on speed, outcomes, and impact
Strategize and create tailored SEO plans for new clients, then cascade tasks to the team
Oversee and ensure execution of core deliverables—audits, citations, on-page/off-page SEO, etc.
Constantly analyze performance and competitor tactics to refine and improve our strategy
Distribute workload across international team members (currently in PH, LATAM, SA, PK)
Manage SEO-related communication with internal teams and critical high-tier accounts
Reuse and optimize proven strategies across clients rather than reinventing each time
Build systems and processes that improve speed, consistency, and scalability
Hire, mentor, and manage SEO team members as needed
Proven leadership in SEO: strategy, project management, and people oversight
Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including citations
Performance marketing mindset—urgency, measurable results, and constant iteration
Naturally curious and experimental—always asking, “What will work better next?”
Fast, independent, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
Able to develop systems, manage workflow, and lead a team across multiple time zones
Strong organizational and communication skills
Based in LATAM, Philippines, South Africa, or Pakistan (PH team members may need to work earlier hours once trained)
