DescriptionOur client, a growing company in the real estate space, is seeking an SEO Specialist with strong link-building experience to join their team. This role will focus on developing and executing effective link-building strategies to improve organic visibility, strengthen domain authority, and drive qualified traffic to their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns tailored to the real estate industry.
- Research and identify high-quality websites, blogs, and digital publications for outreach opportunities.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover new link opportunities.
- Perform targeted outreach to webmasters, journalists, and bloggers to secure backlinks and placements.
- Track, analyze, and report on link-building efforts and their impact on SEO performance.
- Ensure all link-building practices follow Googleβs Webmaster Guidelines and white-hat SEO methods.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and promote link-worthy assets (e.g., blogs, guides, infographics).
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link acquisition.
RequirementsRequirements
- Proven experience in SEO link building and outreach campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink quality metrics, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Prior experience in real estate
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in PR outreach or digital partnerships.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies that support link acquisition.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
