We are seeking a proactive, creative, and experienced Digital PR Specialist to elevate MEDvidi’s online presence and authority in the U.S. market. In this role, you will develop and execute impactful PR and link-building strategies, collaborate directly with journalists and editors, and manage outreach campaigns to secure high-quality media placements, backlinks, and brand mentions.
You will work alongside our SEO Team Lead, SEO Specialist, Web Developer, Content Lead, and UX Designer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital PR, Media Outreach, and SEO-focused link building, particularly in the U.S. market.
- Proven track record collaborating with journalists and editors to secure media placements and high-authority backlinks.
- Experience with PR platforms like Featured, Qwoted, and other HARO-like services.
- Experience creating and executing email outreach campaigns for PR and link-building purposes.
- Strong ability to identify high-quality link opportunities and assess website authority and relevance.
- Experience with link insertions and guest posting.
- Proficiency with SEO and PR tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, GA4, MuckRack, Prowly, Hunter, and other outreach platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to justify strategies and analyze results.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Confident working in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to automate routine tasks using AI tools and scripts.
- Experience with link-building marketplaces and managing contractors.
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
Would be a plus:
- Background in the Health & Fitness, mental health, or telehealth niche.
- Experience in PR for fundraising or investor outreach, including communicating company vision and results to potential investors.
- Ability to independently write or edit high-quality PR articles and thought-leadership content.
- Creative and innovative approach to Digital PR and link building, exploring unconventional methods to gain brand exposure.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital PR and link-building strategies to boost MEDvidi’s online authority and organic traffic.
- Identify and build relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and relevant industry partners.
- Lead or collaborate in writing and editing PR content, including in-house research, branding articles, press releases, statistics-based pieces, and thought-leadership contributions following SEO best practices.
- Oversee the creation of off-page PR content such as media contributions, guest posts, write-ups, and expert commentary, working closely with copywriters and editors.
- Write and set up email outreach campaigns tailored for journalists, media partners, and link-building opportunities.
- Analyze competitor PR and backlink strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Manage outreach and establish strategic PR partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate and manage a team of freelance writers, outreach specialists, or contractors when needed.
- Maintain and report on Digital PR and link-building KPIs and results.
- Ensure alignment of PR efforts with MEDvidi’s overall SEO and branding strategy.
