The Opportunity

This is a hands-on SEO role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail while continuing to build their strategic capability.

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients—working across technical optimisation, content, and off-page activity. You’ll collaborate with senior team members while taking ownership of key workstreams and contributing directly to performance outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Delivery

  • Support the development and execution of SEO strategies aligned to client goals
  • Deliver core SEO activity across technical, content, and off-page workstreams
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor analysis
  • Assist in building quarterly roadmaps and prioritising activity

Technical & Performance

  • Carry out SEO audits (technical, content, off-page, and GEO)
  • Identify and implement improvements across site structure, indexing, and performance
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting
  • Use insights to inform ongoing optimisation

Client & Team Support

  • Support client communication through reporting and performance updates
  • Contribute to meetings and help translate data into clear insights
  • Work closely with strategists and wider digital teams to deliver integrated outcomes


Innovation & Growth

  • Stay up to date with developments in SEO and AI-led search
  • Support the implementation of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) approaches
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working

What You Bring

  • ~2–4 years’ experience in SEO, ideally agency-side
  • Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
  • Experience using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear communication skills—able to explain SEO concepts to different audiences
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
