The job holder will be responsible for supporting the SEO Manager in redefining our SEO presence and visibility predominantly through technical but also content SEO practices. The specialist will be accountable for the execution of key campaigns and working with brand teams on the creation of online content that will fuel our digital ecosystem.

This role involves conducting regular technical audits, implementing the best SEO industry practices, and collaborating with global and local teams, ensuring continuous improvement. The primary objective is to identify technical SEO opportunities, mitigate risks and build actionable insights that support long-term growth and organic traffic performance across multiple markets.

The role works closely with cross-functional teams, including the ecommerce and development teams, to ensure all platform improvements align with SEO strategy. This role also focuses on competitor analysis, performance monitoring, and delivering key performance indicators to showcase the impact of SEO activities on business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Running regular crawls & technical audits of all websites using a variety of tools to review and enhance Technical SEO performance.
• Collaborating with the global team and with development agency to raise technical SEO fixes needed to improve organic traffic
• Work with the end-market teams to understand traffic sources, best performing keywords, and potential long-term risk
• Collaborate with brand, central marketing team, and end-market teams to ensure that content produced aligns with industry standards for SEO and contributes to boosting organic traffic.
• Monitor competitor performance in local search engines and conduct further analysis to find new content gaps to aid the SEO team and other business decisions.
• Working with agency, global and end-market to looks at new ways to drive organic performance and traffic to the site.
• Deliver regular critical metrics and business updates on performance to show return on investment from SEO activity, including technical fixes.

What are we looking for?

• University Degree
• Previous digital marketing experience working either client or agency side.
• An understanding of on-site SEO and excellent Technical SEO knowledge, being able to articulate issues and how they benefit the overall SEO campaign
• Understanding of data and analytics to help deliver actionable insights for SEO strategy
• Proficiency in using tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Ahrefs and Google Looker Studio as well as proficient Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• An analytical approach to spot opportunities and provide arguments based on previous and future implementation.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to acquire more knowledge and continuously improve skills.
• Strong communication skills to share results with collaborators, customers, and the wider business
• Self-motivated individual who has motivation to learn new skills and has a drive for results.
• Enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment and consider changing plans as opportunities to seize more.
• Ability to solving challenges and identifying ideas to drive business growth.
• Analytical channel expert: will see opportunities to drive growth to maximizing ROI through accurate reporting and constant evaluation of performance.
