British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a SEO Specialist in London
The job holder will be responsible for supporting the SEO Manager in redefining our SEO presence and visibility predominantly through technical but also content SEO practices. The specialist will be accountable for the execution of key campaigns and working with brand teams on the creation of online content that will fuel our digital ecosystem.
This role involves conducting regular technical audits, implementing the best SEO industry practices, and collaborating with global and local teams, ensuring continuous improvement. The primary objective is to identify technical SEO opportunities, mitigate risks and build actionable insights that support long-term growth and organic traffic performance across multiple markets.
The role works closely with cross-functional teams, including the ecommerce and development teams, to ensure all platform improvements align with SEO strategy. This role also focuses on competitor analysis, performance monitoring, and delivering key performance indicators to showcase the impact of SEO activities on business outcomes.
