The role of SEO/AIO:

In this role, you'll take ownership of both technical and content SEO across five country-specific websites, helping us drive consistent and sustainable organic growth.

In addition to SEO, you’ll lead our efforts in AI Optimization (AIO) — the emerging practice of applying AI tools and models to enhance content creation, keyword strategies, and site performance, in ways that complement traditional SEO. This includes developing prompt systems, fine-tuning workflows for AI-assisted tasks, and staying ahead of how AI impacts search visibility and marketing performance.

You’ll work closely with our content creators, web developers, and country teams to ensure that our digital presence is optimized for today and ready for tomorrow. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with SEO fundamentals and eager to explore how AI is reshaping the future of organic search and content strategy.

Your focus:

  • Own and execute SEO strategy across five localized websites.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for indexing, site performance, crawlability, mobile usability, and structured data.
  • Manage on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, content hierarchy, and keyword optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to plan and refine high-performing content aligned with organic goals.
  • Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to track, analyze, and report on performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements related to search (e.g., SGE, AI-generated SERPs) and apply relevant insights.
  • Implement AI agents and workflows to support and scale content development, marketing campaign analysis, SEO research, and page optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI insights into planning and decision-making processes.

Required skills & qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Solid experience with SEO, especially across multi-country sites in the Nordics and/or Baltics.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and modern content optimization practices.
  • Proficiency with key SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Interest in and experience with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Airtop, Claude, Gemini) in a marketing or SEO context.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, keyword clustering, or AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in fintech or performance-based marketing.
  • Experience working with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) for internal workflows.
  • Understanding of GDPR and compliance-related aspects of digital content.

We offer:

At Multitude, we believe in empowering our employees to thrive personally and professionally. Here's what you can look forward to:

  • A Truly Global Workplace – work with professionals from 40+ nationalities, bringing diverse expertise, perspectives, and a collaborative international culture.
  • Hybrid & Flexible Work – we support work-life balance with remote work options and modern office spaces across Europe.

The salary range is €4,000–€5,000 gross monthly but will be higher if you are a senior candidate. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
