You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital platforms meet the needs of professional buyers and align with search engine best practices.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a global B2B environment, combining technical SEO, content optimization, and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB

  • Shape and execute the SEO strategy for Miele Professional, focusing on organic growth and lead generation via our direct e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to professional buyer intent across multiple markets and translate insights into actionable content strategies that support organic growth, improve topical relevance, and align with the B2B customer journey.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to improve site architecture, crawlability, and performance, and to safeguard organic performance and ensure technical integrity during platform migrations.
  • Act as a trusted partner for regional and local marketing teams, understanding their local market and target audience insights, and supporting them in content creation aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Monitor SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions) and develop reporting dashboards to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement (“Immer Besser”).
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities in niche B2B segments.
  • Ensure SEO activities are integrated into broader e-commerce campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, product, and UX teams to ensure SEO contributes to an optimized end-to-end customer journey.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and delivery partners to ensure quality, innovation and scalability.
  • Present strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B and e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing or a business-related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
  • Experience with enterprise-level websites and multilingual SEO.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong “can-do” mentality – someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is eager to further build the SEO function.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain alignment with other central marketing team members, regional teams and markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present strategic recommendations, prepare and present performance reports, and highlight achievements to stakeholders incl. senior management.
