Digitain is a global leader in the iGaming industry, delivering cutting-edge, customer-centric solutions to partners around the world. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced SEO Director to lead and scale our organic performance across B2C and B2B verticals, including Casino, Sportsbook, E-sports, and Affiliate SEO.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on user acquisition and retention in competitive markets.
- Technical SEO Oversight: Conduct technical audits, optimize site architecture, and implement best practices to improve crawlability, indexation, and site performance.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content and campaigns.
- Off-Page / PR / Links Strategy: Work closely with expert agencies to ensure regular growth of quality links, PR campaigns, and more.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance, identify opportunities, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all SEO activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in jurisdictions with strict advertising guidelines.
B2C & Platform – Casino, Sportsbook, E-sports
- Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for regulated and unregulated markets — on-page, off-page, and technical.
- Mobile SEO: Proficient in ASEO Mobile SEO strategy.
- Suppliers: Find and build relationships with necessary suppliers to support SEO growth.
- Platform Improvements: Help improve the platform to make it SEO-friendly, including technical functionality.
- Speed Optimization: Improve the platform’s speed to make it best-in-class for the iGaming industry.
B2B – Affiliate SEO
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and deploy a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to monetizing affiliate traffic in iGaming. Align organic goals with business priorities, from traffic to revenue outcomes. Understanding of White/Grey/Black SEO practices.
- Content & Authority Building: Oversee content strategies and link-building initiatives that drive authority and differentiation—from partner integrations to outreach and PR.
- Performance & Reporting: Define clear KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue impact). Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush. Report results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Risk Management & Innovation: Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, regulatory changes, and affiliate-specific SEO risks. Adapt strategy proactively across international and multilingual markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in SEO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the iGaming or a similarly regulated industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Deep experience in diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience using industry-leading SEO tools.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel 2 weeks/month for the first 6 months to Digitain HQ for onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
