Position Scope

  • Coordinates SEO projects, tasks, and optimization initiatives across technical, on-page, off-page, local, and AI search optimization (AEO) efforts; tracks implementation progress, manages priorities and timelines, and maintains organized documentation for SEO processes. 
  • Supports technical SEO efforts including audits, issue identification, schema markup and structured data validation, Core Web Vitals monitoring, and coordination with developers and web teams on site-health, crawlability, indexing, redirects, and broken-link fixes. 
  • Executes on-page SEO optimizations across metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure; assists with keyword research and search-intent analysis for blogs, landing pages, and website content. 
  • Supports off-page and local SEO initiatives, including business listings and profile management, backlink and authority-building efforts, and monitoring of local search visibility and reputation-related search factors.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with keyword research tools, SEO auditing platforms, and CMS platforms. 
  • Understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO fundamentals, including schema markup and Core Web Vitals. 
  • Familiar with AI search optimization (AEO) practices and the evolving role of AI-driven search. 
  • Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, attractions, or other guest-focused consumer businesses. 
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
