We are looking for a SEO Content Writer to produce high-quality written content and support SEO initiatives. You will contribute to Ameeratel's SEO program by performing keyword and topic research, optimizing and iterating on existing content to improve search rankings, writing longform SEO articles, and contributing to an array of content marketing and SEO projects. You’ll be working closely with the digital marketing team to help scale and grow the company.
- Write content marketing and SEO articles
- Optimize or rewrite existing content to improve search rankings
- Complete keyword research and brainstorm topics for blog articles
- Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert
- Monitor performance and improve on-page SEO of all authored articles
- Collaborate with contributors and agency partners
- Work with the team to strategize content and meet SEO goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of SEO writing experience
- Excellent writer (have 2-3 sample links ready)
- Working knowledge of Wordpress or similar CMS
- Robust knowledge of modern SEO strategy and on-page SEO best practices
- Experience working with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Exposure to SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, or similar
- Analytical and data-driven
- Can work in a shifting schedule (morning shift, mid-shift, night shift and graveyard shift
- Must be willing to work in the office
