Job Description
The SEO Ecommerce Analyst is a part of the digital marketing team with the responsibilities of optimizing Rally House online presence and driving organic traffic to the e-commerce platform. This position will be responsible for conducting comprehensive SEO audits and competitive analyses to identify optimization opportunities. The analyst will partner closely with the marketing team to ensure the website is set up to drive sales of officially licensed sports merchandise and apparel, and for delivering an exemplary online customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and competitive analyses to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic SEO plans that align with overall business and marketing objectives, including online and local SEO
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Perform keyword research and develop content optimization strategies
- Create detailed reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures
- Develop and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority
Skills and Knowledge
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, Google Analytics, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Technical SEO auditing
Qualifications
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 3-5 years of proven SEO experience.
