SEO Analyst

One Firefly is seeking a detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our growing team!

As an SEO Analyst, you’ll execute monthly SEO deliverables across a portfolio of clients, including content optimization, internal linking, technical audits, and on-site improvements. Reporting to the SEO Team Lead, you’ll work closely with your SEO Strategist to implement data-driven strategies that improve visibility and drive long-term growth.

This is a hands-on, analytical role that’s perfect for someone who’s organized, curious, and eager to grow. Bonus points if you're comfortable using AI tools to elevate your work and efficiency.

Note: This is a full-time, remote-based (work from home) position; candidates who apply should be comfortable working from home and have access to reliable high-speed internet.

What you’ll do: 

• Execute monthly SEO deliverables for a dedicated set of clients in partnership with an SEO Strategist
  

• Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, header tags, internal links) and implement on-site improvements based on audit findings and crawl data
  

• Write and edit SEO-friendly content for existing pages and new local landing pages based on strategist direction
  

• Conduct Screaming Frog crawls and use insights to recommend and implement monthly technical or on-site optimizations
  

• Run content gap, competitor, and keyword analyses (semiannually), and support the development of AI-assisted buyer personas (quarterly)
  

• Compile quarterly SEO performance reports, ensuring accurate data, insightful commentary, and alignment with client goals
  

• Complete 360-degree SEO audits and launch-phase updates for new clients, tailoring findings into actionable plans
  

What you’ll bring: 

• 2–3 years of experience in SEO and copywriting, with strong on-page and content execution skills
  

• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, MarketMuse, and Screaming Frog
  

• Experience with local SEO strategies, content gap analysis, and internal link optimization
  

• Comfortable interpreting audit and crawl data to inform ongoing SEO improvements
  

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MarketMuse) to enhance SEO tasks, support content ideation or streamline analysis
  

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and effective in a remote work environment
  

• Proactive communicator who follows up, shares insights, and collaborates well with strategists and other internal teams
  

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong grammar, and a growth mindset toward learning and improving
