Senior SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist in Estonia or Latvia to join our global Digital Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help lead SEO and ASO strategy and execution to grow IPF Digital’s organic visibility and traffic. Main purpose of the role:

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll lead SEO and ASO strategies to boost IPF Digital’s organic visibility, improve rankings, and drive quality traffic. You’ll manage complex projects, collaborate with product, content, tech, analytics, and marketing teams, and mentor junior team members. Your insights will shape our digital strategy, ensuring best practices and keeping us ahead of industry trends across all markets. A key part of your role will also be identifying and integrating AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance SEO efficiency, personalization, and performance at scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of SEO and ASO strategies across IPF Digital markets to drive visibility, rankings, and traffic;
• Manage complex projects such as site migrations, keyword optimization, and app store updates;
• Leverage tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower to analyze performance and guide strategy;
• Explore and apply AI-driven tools and technologies to streamline SEO workflows, enhance content creation, and uncover new growth opportunities;
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership;
• Collaborate with product, content, tech, and marketing teams to implement SEO/ASO best practices;
• Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies to maintain and improve performance;
• Conduct regular audits, competitor benchmarking, and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities;
• Support content planning and execution aligned with SEO/ASO goals;
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building internal expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in SEO (agency or international preferred), 2+ years in ASO;
• Education: Degree in marketing, communications, or computer science; SEO certification preferred;
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/ASO strategies, algorithms, and ranking factors;
  • Proficient in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, Sensor Tower;
  • Skilled in structured data, Core Web Vitals, audits, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, AEM);
  • Familiar with HTML/CSS and international SEO practices;

• Analytical & Reporting:
  • Strong data analysis and reporting using Looker Studio, Excel, and dashboards;
  • Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable strategies;

• Collaboration:
  • Experience in Agile teams and cross-functional collaboration;
  • Strong project management and mentoring skills;

• Language: Fluent in written and spoken business English.
