We seek a skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic SEO team. This role involves leading and executing SEO campaigns across B2B, iGaming, and SaaS environments, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with both internal teams and clients.
This is a senior-level position, ideal for candidates with strong technical SEO expertise and proven experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead and execute SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage day-to-day SEO operations, ensuring deliverables and performance KPIs are consistently met.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and backlink profiling.
- Develop data-led SEO recommendations that directly impact traffic growth, lead generation, and client retention.
- Oversee SEO reporting, insights, and strategy updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, content teams, account managers, and clients on SEO implementation.
- Stay on top of industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices, and proactively adjust strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and risks, advising both internal teams and clients on actionable solutions.
- Mentor and support junior SEO team members when needed.
All sounds great, right? So here’s what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience within a B2B, agency, or client-side environment - iGaming or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO (indexation, crawl optimization, schema, site migrations, SPA SEO, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Data Studio, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into an actionable strategy.
- Comfortable presenting SEO strategies, reports, and insights to clients or external stakeholders.
- Solid project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns without losing focus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Bonus Skills:
- iGaming, betting, or sports data SEO experience.
- Experience with international SEO and multilingual site structures.
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels and cross-channel attribution.
