We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to take the lead on landing page optimization, technical health, and link-building initiatives. This role blends on-site strategy with cross-functional execution and is perfect for someone who thrives on data, collaboration, and hands-on impact. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and content teams to drive growth—and help mentor the next generation of SEO talent.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify opportunities to enhance product and landing pages through content, CRO, keyword strategy, and E-E-A-T principles.
- Launch new landing pages to boost product discoverability and optimize internal linking structures to improve rankings.
- Lead technical SEO efforts, including site audits, Core Web Vitals improvements, and crawl budget management.
- Support and manage both internal and external link-building initiatives, including media outreach and agency collaboration.
- Monitor traffic trends, keyword shifts, and technical performance, responding quickly to any fluctuations or issues.
- Mentor junior SEO talent and collaborate across engineering, design, product, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, ideally within a product- or tool-focused company.
- Strong background in on-site SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and performance monitoring platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance audits, research, and daily SEO tasks.
- Proven experience working alongside cross-functional teams, including product and engineering.
Good To Have
- Prior mentorship or leadership experience within an SEO team.
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO approaches or scalable page optimization.
- Experience with performance metrics like Core Web Vitals and their business impact.
