Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Link Building Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative link-building strategies to enhance our website’s authority, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic, with a strong emphasis on the Colombian market. This role requires a creative and analytical approach to identifying backlink opportunities, building relationships, and optimizing overall SEO performance.

Location: Colombia (remote-friendly)

❗Key Responsibilities:

Link-Building Campaigns:

·  Research, identify, and secure high-quality backlink opportunities from authoritative websites within relevant industries.

·  Develop and execute outreach strategies to acquire backlinks through ethical and effective methods.

·  Monitor and analyze the performance of link-building campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

· Conduct backlink analysis of competitors to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

· Benchmark our backlink profile against competitors, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Relationship Building:

· Build and nurture relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and industry professionals to secure valuable link placements.

· Participate in forums, communities, and social media platforms to identify partnership opportunities.

Performance Monitoring and SEO Tools Usage:

· Use SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush to track backlink performance, identify toxic links, and ensure compliance with Google’s guidelines.

· Regularly report on link-building activities and results, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Continuous Improvement:

· Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and link-building best practices.

· Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance link-building strategies.

Qualifications:

·  Experience in link-building or SEO, preferably within the digital marketing space.

·  Basic understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

·  Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.

·  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional approach.

·  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

·  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.

·  Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

·  Familiarity with the Colombian market.
