SEO Manager
Description

Wizz Air, Nokia, OTP, Decathlon, Deichmann - just to name a few companies who we work with creating concepts, websites, apps and other complex digital solutions. These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself can even put a smile on our face every single day.

We are currently looking for a plus one for our Performance Technologies team within the Performance Business Unit of Mito. If you’ve recently started your journey in SEO and are eager to grow your skills across technical, content, and off-page SEO, we’d love to hear from you! By gaining hands-on experience in SEO audits, data-driven content creation, and concepts like LCP and CLS, these topics will soon feel like second nature.

Requirements

Your tasks will be

  • Participating in SEO strategy creation: you’ll assist in crafting comprehensive strategies for our clients, gaining valuable insight into the details of SEO consultancy and strategic thinking.
  • Data-driven content optimization: you'll conduct keyword research and analysis to uncover opportunities for boosting search rankings and growing organic traffic, then help turn these insights into content strategies with the support of senior colleagues.
  • SEO strategy delivery: you’ll actively contribute to the implementation of our clients’ SEO strategies, taking part in the day-to-day management of SEO copywriting, technical tasks, link building, and more — all while working closely with our clients.
  • Conducting audits: you will be introduced to comprehensive SEO analyses, such as content audits, technical audits, backlink profile analyses or competitor analyses step by step, building your SEO foundations with the support of senior colleagues and continuous professional mentoring.
  • Analyses and reporting: you’ll provide information and reports to partners throughout the SEO progress, as well as giving them support on emerging SEO-related issues.
  • Learning and knowledge sharing: you’ll stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and updates, while also contributing to keeping the team’s knowledge fresh and current.

We need you to have

  • At least 6 months of experience working with SEO. Agency experience or working on enterprise-level clients is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SEO strategies with keyword research, content optimization recommendations and performance analysis using Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with the main sub-areas of technical SEO. It’s okay if you haven’t audited a website yet, but it’s a plus if you are familiar with some technical SEO concepts and their role in website health.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush — and it’s a plus if you’ve also dabbled with more advanced tools like Screaming Frog or similar.
  • Basics in analytics: you have a Google Analytics 4 certificate or maybe you don’t, but you could pass the exam after completing the course. Google Search Console is a must.
  • Spot-on communication skills: you are confident to present to your clients and your team in both Hungarian and English.
  • A strong eagerness to learn continuously, work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast, efficient, and solution-oriented problem solving with a keen eye for detail.

Benefits

What makes working at Mito unique:

Plenty of challenges. And endless resources to meet them.

  • All four of our business units work on impactful projects throughout the world. Your efforts can and will make a difference in people’s lives, whether they’re booking a plane ticket or want to be delighted by a funny commercial on TV.
  • World-class work requires world-class working conditions. Like a beautiful office in downtown Budapest, MacBooks (if you prefer so), coffee (if you prefer so), fruit (who doesn’t like that), beer, whatever.
  • Hybrid working environment, so you can work from home when you need to, though to keep everything and everyone on track, we do like to meet in person and spend some days at the office.
  • Our Level Up system will reward your professional progress with extra days off every year.

A community

  • Mito has always been a place where the only thing we take seriously is work, so you’ll be able to have fun and meet great people like yourself.
  • From Hackathons to office parties and Easter egg hunting for the kids, we love to spend time together either to get to know each other better or just to...you know. No reason.
  • Dogs are super welcome at the office, and have been ever since Mito’s inception.

The freedom to shape your benefits

  • Whether you’re into individual or team sports, looking for a new set of running shoes, or a gym pass, you can use your flexible personal budget to cover it. You may also use it to improve any of your talents, whether it's studying German, JavaScript, or how to fix a gas leak. We’ll chip in to take care of your medical expenses, if needed. Additionally, personal budgets can also cover commuting (fancy bike helmet included).
