We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping customers succeed.
You will provide technical support, assist with onboarding, and contribute to improving our platform and internal processes.
Provide expert assistance to customers and internal teams on platform-related questions.
Set up and configure lead and client accounts, ensuring a smooth experience.
Investigate and document technical issues for the Product team.
Maintain and improve our knowledge base through articles and tutorials.
Share customer feedback and product improvement ideas.
Keep up to date with SEO trends and best practices.
At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Support, SEO, or a similar role.
Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Fluent English required; any additional language is a plus.
