Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student – Technical SEO & Content Maintenance to join our Group Marketing and Communication Web team. This part-time role (approx. 15–20 hours per week) is ideal for a student interested in digital marketing, SEO, and website management.

You will support the team by maintaining and optimizing web content, improving website structure and performance, and contributing to technical SEO efforts. This hands-on role provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in managing an international corporate website.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting technical SEO initiatives, such as fixing broken links, updating metadata, and improving HTML structure
  • Assisting with content maintenance and optimization in the CMS
  • Managing URL redirects and performing general site hygiene tasks
  • Reviewing and updating outdated or irrelevant content
  • Optimizing image use and organizing media assets
  • Ensuring web pages follow best practices for accessibility and performance

 

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website best practices
  • Experience using CMS platforms (Sitecore is a plus, but training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines
  • Bonus: Some knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with web analytics tools
