We are seeking a dynamic and skilled SEO Strategist who will also serve as a Customer Success Manager and Technical Support Specialist. This multifaceted role involves ensuring the seamless integration of our platform into clients’ SEO practices, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key player in our team, you will collaborate on cross-departmental projects.


Mission

Main Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding:

  • Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process which will facilitate the integration of Oncrawl into the new client’s SEO strategy.

2. Technical Support:

  • Provide expert assistance to clients on platform-related inquiries. This will require working closely with the Product and Engineering team.

3. Customer Success:

  • Create and manage a portfolio of loyal customers.

4. Professional Services:

  • Perform website audits, trainings, and SEO workshops.

5. Internal support:

  • Actively participate in pre-sales initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team.

  • Provide feedback, test and deliver new features with the Product team.

  • Promote our platform by participating in marketing activities with the Marketing team.

6. Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in SEO to ensure our solution remains innovative.


Profile

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SEO, website audits, and data analysis.

  • Adept at leading workshops and training.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with various internal departments.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Autonomy and proactivity.

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • +5 years proven experience in Customer Success, SEO, or a similar role.

  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English is required, an additional language is a plus.
