About the Client

The client is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow their online presence through data-driven strategies. Their expertise spans across paid media, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation, supporting clients from diverse industries in achieving measurable results.

About the Role

The client is seeking a SEO Specialist to execute and report on comprehensive SEO efforts that drive organic traffic and improve visibility. This role is highly hands-on and reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy

  • Conduct keyword research and mapping to improve rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
  • Design and execute link-building and backlink strategies to enhance domain authority.
    Perform audits of current and prospective client websites.

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content structure) according to SEO best practices.
    Identify and implement technical SEO improvements (page speed, mobile-friendliness, URL structure).
  • Develop content briefs and write SEO-driven copy for blogs, service, and product pages.

Quality Control

  • Ensure SEO content is properly uploaded and compliant with best practices.
  • Flag and resolve technical or content-related issues as needed.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, including LLM-driven search traffic.



Requirements

    • 3+ years of proven experience managing and optimizing SEO for service-based and eCommerce websites.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Search Console).
    • Hands-on experience with local SEO (Google Business Profile, local listings).
    • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Previous agency experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
