Based at our Amsterdam HQ within the Organic Search team, you’ll be the driving force behind our organic growth, specifically focused on filling the streets with new couriers and bringing the best restaurant partners onto our platform. You will move beyond traditional rankings to establish our brand as a primary authority in AI-driven search and LLM overviews.
As a key bridge between Product, Global & Local Courier and Partner Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams, you will ensure organic strategy is integrated across the business. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who proactively identifies high-value business opportunities and takes the initiative to launch and lead new projects independently.
Fueling Our Global Network: Supercharge our global growth by turning every potential lead across 14 markets into our next courier, while piloting lead generation for our restaurant, grocery, and retail partners with the high-impact content support needed to scale these business lines.
Technical SEO, Keyword Strategy & Execution: Lead comprehensive technical audits, conduct keyword research to discover expansion opportunities, and implement on-page strategies to boost rankings and site health for our courier and partner acquisition
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Manage core data connections via GSC, GA, and Tableau to monitor effectiveness and analyze performance data to identify continuous improvement areas. Create a share monthly and quarterly reports
Establish AI & LLM Authority: Use advanced schemas and strategic seeding to ensure our brand is the primary citation in AI overviews
Maximize SEO-SEA Synergy: Partner with Paid Search to refine total visibility and monitor the impact of organic performance on brand keyword effectiveness across our courier lead generation
Content Strategy:
Topic Expansion & Research: Proactively identify and research new, high-value topics for both Courier and Partner marketing to continuously expand our content footprint.
SERP Innovation & Semantic Optimization: Structure content to win advanced SERP features and apply semantic SEO principles to ensure our pillars cover all relevant entities associated with the delivery and partner niche.
Self-Starter & Opportunity Seeker: You are a self-motivated individual who independently identifies business opportunities and integrates them into a cohesive strategy.
SEO & Content Expert: Proven background in SEO with a deep understanding of content-led growth and E-E-A-T.
AI Enthusiast: You are a forward-thinking marketer who stays ahead of AI trends
Technical & Analytical: You possess a strong technical mindset, comfortable performing site audits and navigating various CMS platforms. You are a data-driven decision-maker, proficient in using tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Tableau to turn complex metrics into actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaborator: You have proven experience working closely with Product teams and external partners to drive technical changes and project delivery
Communication: Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a bonus.
