About the role 

To achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a Specialist for global SEO to support our marketing transformation. As an SEO Specialist you'll identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website organically, and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. The SEO Specialist reports to the Digital Experience Director. 

Main responsibilities   

• Own the global SEO strategy including LLMs;
• Build brand and business unit specific SEO plans;
• Audit and enhance website architecture for optimal search engine crawlability;
• Establish operating model with regional digital marketing;
• Drive domain authority through SEO strategy;
• Analyse the data and movement of changes in domain ranking with clear explanations on why;
• Define which tools to work with and be the key point of contact;
• Align with web production lead to drive on page optimization;
• Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required qualifications

• Proficiency with a range of SEO tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Trends, SEMrush, Screaming Frog;
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO e keyword research; 
• Familiarity with AI search optimisation (FAQ, question-based queries);
• Ability to manage end-to-end SEO and data-driven decision making to optimise ranking;
• Ability to align SEO strategy with business context and senior stakeholders;
• Experience with cross-functional alignment, approvals e stakeholder management;
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
• Basic understanding of website migrations.
• Advanced English.
