SEO Specialist

The On-Page SEO Specialist plays a critical role in defining, implementing, and elevating the on-page search optimization strategy for our brand. You will be responsible for leading all efforts related to optimizing website content, structure, and internal linking to maximize organic visibility and performance. This role requires deep expertise in SEO best practices, the ability to translate data into strategic improvements, and strong collaboration with stakeholders across content, development, and marketing. Your work will directly influence search rankings, user engagement, and the overall performance of our digital ecosystem.



Responsibilities:Β 



  • Develop and execute the overall on-page SEO strategy across the brands to improve search rankings and organic performance.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and technical alignment across all SEO-relevant content, metadata, and structural elements.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities that drive targeted and relevant traffic.
  • Optimize metadata, headers, content structure, and internal linking patterns to meet SEO and UX objectives.
  • Ensure on-page optimization is seamlessly integrated into all new content, landing pages, and campaign initiatives in coordination with the content and marketing teams.
  • Partner with developers to ensure proper implementation of technical on-page improvements, including schema, site structure, and indexation enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation of SEO processes, recommendations, and standards to support scalability and transparency.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on on-page SEO performance using analytics tools, identifying actionable insights to improve rankings and user engagement.
  • Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in organic search visibility.
  • Analyze competitor SEO strategies to uncover opportunities, content gaps, and emerging optimization tactics.
  • Support cross-functional teams with strategic SEO insights for product launches, content initiatives, and special projects.
  • Β Foster a culture of continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making within the marketing and content functions.



Requirements:



  • 3+ years of proven experience in On-Page SEO with measurable success driving organic growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in WordPress and leading SEO tools (Yoast, SurferSEO, SEMrush, GSC and Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of keyword research methodologies, content optimization frameworks, and search-engine algorithms.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear optimization recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and how user intent informs on-page SEO strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple SEO tasks simultaneously.
  • Studies in Software Development, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related fields are considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles is an advantage.
