SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to shape and manage our SEO strategy. This role requires expertise across technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page link-building, and analytics. You’ll work with content producers, developers, and marketing professionals to achieve top performance in search engines.

We are looking for an SEO specialist who has:

  • 2-3 years of proven SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page);
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices;
  • A track record of developing and managing link-building strategies and evaluating backlink quality;
  • Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, etc.);
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Framer, Strapi or similar);
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX principles;
  • A solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics for SEO;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

As an SEO specialist, you will:

  • Perform regular SEO audits, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports;
  • Ensure site health by managing crawlability, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability;
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes;
  • Conduct keyword research, map opportunities, and identify content gaps to guide content strategy;
  • Create SEO briefs and technical tasks for content writers;
  • Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headers, alt text, and internal linking);
  • Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority;
  • Align SEO activities with engagement objectives to drive qualified leads and conversions.
