Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with SEO expertise to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword strategy, content optimization, and performance analytics to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for SEO best practices
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and web copy
- Collaborate closely with B2B sales teams to align SEO and content strategies with lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, schema, etc.)
- Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic SEO recommendations based on insights.
- Utilize SEO listening and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, brand monitoring platforms) to track search trends, audience intent, and competitive activity.
- Support link-building and backlink outreach initiatives
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
- Collaborate with paid media, social, and web development teams to align marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a marketing or digital role
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Knowledge of local SEO and/or international SEO
- Experience working with e-commerce or SaaS websites
- Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications
