We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our London or Madrid office.
What you will do
- To develop and drive SEO strategies across a number of medium to high sized clients to deliver exceptional results.
- Work with Client Services to ensure the client understands the performance within their account, the value of our work and able to assess other new potential channels they can use to further surpass their objectives.
- Provide monthly performance reports including but not limited to revenue targets, forecasting, resource and industry updates as well as performance insights that are clear and actionable.
- Take a leading role in client meetings by preparing and delivering the SEO section as well as participating in client calls where needed.
- Proactively keep up on top of the latest SEO industry news and trends and share key knowledge with the company.
- Create proposals for clients showing clear value propositions and costs of undertaking activity.
- Assist with the new business sales funnel and support with pitches and SEO strategy where needed
- Coordinating content, design, marketing and other activities
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and copy
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trend
What you will bring
- 3+ years proven experience as SEO Manager/Senior Specialist, SEM Manager or similar role (preferably in an enterprise-level agency environment)
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- A stickler for detail β someone with a keen ability to mine through data and extract relevant, actionable insights.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
