Keyword Research & Content Optimization:
Perform thorough keyword research to identify high-impact terms for target audiences.
Optimize existing website content and create detailed briefs for content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure on-page SEO aligns with keyword strategy.
Technical SEO:
Audit and optimize website structure, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
Ensure proper implementation of meta tags, structured data, and schema markup.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO:
Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy, focusing on quality backlinks from reputable sources.
Collaborate with PR and content teams to acquire backlinks through partnerships and guest posts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Use insights to refine strategies and prioritize SEO initiatives.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Keep up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Experiment with emerging SEO trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
Content SEO: Strong understanding of keyword optimization, content marketing, and on-page SEO techniques.
Technical SEO Knowledge: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other European languages is advantageous.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decisions.
Passion for Travel & Wine: A genuine interest in wine culture and tourism is highly desirable.
