We’re currently recruiting for an SEO Manager as part of the growth of our SEO team. This role would be based in our Dubai office and work with clients across the MENA region with a focus on the GCC. 

• Understand Middle Eastern dialects and the importance of localization. 
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and metadata optimization. 
• Identify and recommend insights to clients for optimal results. 
• Take ownership of on-page optimization, monitoring search trends and performance. 
• Collaborate with content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized metadata. 
• Utilize SEO tools to analyse on-page content. 
• Manage relationships with third-party content creators and publishers for link-building. 
• Conduct technical analyses, including site speed and advanced audits, and implement solutions. 
• Use content analysis tools to optimize content & provide strategic recommendations. 
• Perform in-depth competitive analysis and develop recommendations to outperform competitors. 
• Propose and implement new ways to optimize internal and external workflows. 
• Communicate with clients and share deliverables as needed. 
• Manage client communications, tasks, and deliverables in the SEO Manager's absence. 
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports with valuable insights. 
• Develop presentations and design slides for business reviews or new ideas. 
• Engage in industry discussions on SEO trends, challenges, and opportunities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization. 
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including executives and interns.

• 4+ years’ experience in SEO 
• Strong keyword research and metadata optimization skills. 
• Excellent writing, research, and communication abilities. 
• Proficiency with SEO tools and extensions. 
• Experience with on-page optimization and technical SEO audits. 
• Strong analytical skills for content and competitive analysis. 
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
