We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our new affiliate website's search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, affiliate marketing, and a proven track record of growing organic traffic in competitive niches.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
The ideal person for the SEO Manager role has a proven track record in creating and executing integrated search optimization strategies. He can also analyze marketing performance data to provide strategic on-page and off-page optimization recommendations and implement them.
- Manage and execute the implementation of the SEO strategy
- Define requirements, tasks, and resources
- Communication with teams and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with developers, copywriters, designers, product managers, IT, and external agencies to improve current web pages and create new ones
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and development
- Manage the International iGaming website
- Perform keyword research and optimize existing content
- Uncover new on-page and off-page opportunities
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Research and analyze competitors' best practices
- Refreshing the existing content with all-new SEO trends and market requirements
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
All sounds great, right? So here’s what we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (experience in iGaming will be counted as an advantage)
- Passion for SEO and overall Internet marketing
- Good SEO copywriting and proofreading skills
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to create best-in-class SEO briefs
- Strong understanding of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Google Trends, SemRush, etc.)
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- The ability to think outside of the box and generate new ideas is required
