π₯ About this Role
Weβre hiring our first SEO Lead to level up organic growth at anyIP. Youβll own technical SEO and content optimization endβtoβend: update and execute our existing strategy, manage a team of content writers, and partner closely with engineering, product, and marketing to turn search into a reliable revenue channel.

π§© What Youβll Own
- Technical SEO: Lead site audits and fixes (CWV, page speed, crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data). Partner with engineering to ship improvements that move rankings and conversions.
- Strategy, Updated: Evaluate our current SEO plan, then set quarterly OKRs, roadmaps, and hypotheses. Prioritize for impact and timeβtoβvalue.
- Content Optimization: Translate keyword and intent research into briefs, outlines, and onβpage optimization. Build internal linking strategies and refresh underperforming content.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach content writers (inβhouse and freelance). Set quality bars, build playbooks/SOPs, and run a predictable editorial calendar.
- Measurement: Build dashboards and reporting for rankings, traffic, and revenue contribution. Communicate results and insights to leadership.
- OffβPage/EβEβAβT:Β Identify partnerships and PR opportunities that compound authority.
- Process & Tools: Own our SEO tool stack and workflows. Document and automate where possible.

What You Bring
- 4β7+ years in technical SEO and content optimization, ideally in B2B SaaS/devβtools or adjacent technical domains.
- A track record of measurable impact (e.g., ranking gains, organic pipeline/revenue, content performance improvements).
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers.
- People leadership: experience managing writers/editors; ability to give clear briefs, feedback, and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bias to action, experimentβdriven, and startupβready.
