SUMMARYThe Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of the organization's search engine optimization strategy to increase online visibility, drive qualified organic traffic, and improve overall website performance. Reporting to the SEO Manager, this role is hands-on and focused on implementing technical, content, and analytical SEO initiatives. The SEO Coordinator partners with developers, content creators, and the broader marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied, while contributing insights that inform strategy and drive measurable growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization. Implement on-page optimizations including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking, and schema markup. Support content optimization efforts across landing pages, blogs, and multimedia assets to improve visibility and engagement. Assist in the creation and management of SEO and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across platforms. Track, measure, and report on SEO KPIs such as rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions. Utilize tools such as GA4, GSC, BrightEdge to monitor performance and surface insights. Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership to refine strategies. Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging tools. Experiment with new tactics, including generative AI-driven search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), under the guidance of the SEO Manager. Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and outcomes for SEO initiatives. Partner with manager and broader marketing team to ensure SEO is integrated into all digital projects. Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting to align with business goals. Assist in testing landing page templates, modules, and content variations to optimize user experience and search performance. Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. Performs other duties as assigned Β  QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). One (1) or more years of experience in SEO or digital marketing with a proven track record of improving website rankings and traffic. Understanding of on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema markup). SKILLS Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or equivalent Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, Core Web Vitals) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco, or similar) Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Β  #LI-RF1 #LI-REMOTE
