Core Responsibilities
- Create and optimize content for blogs, service pages, emails, and other digital assets using SEO and customer journey best practices.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) and local listingsβmonitoring performance, executing updates, and launching seasonal offers.
- Support on-page and off-page SEO through backlink outreach, content refinement, and structured metadata.
- Use SEMrush and Conductor (or similar) for keyword strategy, topic discovery, performance tracking, and audience analysis.
- Employ generative AI (e.g., Conductorβs NLP tools) to scale content ideation and production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align content calendars with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Participate in persona development and customer journey mapping using insights from surveys and analytics.
- Provide weekly and monthly website and SEO performance reporting.

Qualifications
- 2β3 years in SEO, content marketing, or digital production.
- Proficiency with local SEO tools, on-page optimization, and metadata standards.
- Experience using AI or NLP-powered content creation platforms preferred, but not required.
- Strong writing/editing skills and analytical acumen.
- Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses is a plus.

This is a salaried, exempt position. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
