We seek a talented and creative SEO  content manager to join our team at SiGMA Play in Belgrade, Serbia.
 

As a content manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our content strategy on our affiliate platform that aligns with our company’s vision and resonates with our target audience. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead content creation efforts, and ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization of all published content. Your exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing our content strategy and monitoring of content performance.
  • Ensuring high-quality and compelling content that aligns with company standards and objectives.
  • Optimizing content for search engine optimization (SEO) and ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports content initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content stakeholders on the development of an actionable editorial calendar to deliver timely content on the SiGMA Play site.
  • Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.
  • Managing the planning and execution of content production for specific markets as assigned by the Head of SEO Content.
  • Development of content briefs for main pages, subpages, game reviews, blog posts, and any ad hoc requests based on thorough keyword and competitor research
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including writers, freelancers, agencies, and the commercial team, for all content production and related tasks.
  • Editing and optimizing all delivered content to ensure a polished product that aligns with company goals, quality standards, and SEO best practices.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing content and maintenance plans.
  • Implement content updates and optimization on our content management system (CMS).
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance content initiatives for your designated market continually.
  • Weekly reporting on project statuses, new and ongoing.

 

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliation and/or iGaming.
  • 3+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with impeccable grammar and language suited for our audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions like Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
  • Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to the target audience’s preferences, interests, and nuances.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content management and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Neuronwriter.

 

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in iGaming and/or affiliation.
  • Ability to write meaningful content that is 100% unique, adds value, and complies with SEO best practices.
  • Ability to identify, improve, and optimize poorly written, spun, or generated content.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback, liaise with and guide content writers while building rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, deadline-driven, with a drive for achieving goals from a team and company perspective
  • Experience in content strategy development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
