Description

We are hiring a full-time SEO Analyst to join our corporate marketing team in Grand Rapids, MI. This position is onsite only—remote work is not available.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and implement effective SEO strategies for website content and structure
- Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis
- Manage technical SEO tools: sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools
- Build and manage link-building campaigns
- Analyze backlink profiles and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Google Analytics team to interpret and act on web performance data
- Research and recommend tools for SEO and social media improvement
- Stay current with SEO and digital marketing trends
- Work closely with other marketing team members to meet department goals
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- SEO certification
- 1–3 years of professional or internship experience in SEO/SEM
- Proficiency in:
- SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus

- $50,000 – $57,000/year (Based on Experience)
- Annual performance reviews with potential raises up to 5%
