strategic Senior SEO Specialist <\/b>to

<\/p>Your role at HFM:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to
increase organic traffic and improve visibility across search engines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and executive comprehensive on -page, off -page,
and technical SEO strategies for multiple markets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct systematic keyword research to uncover
new opportunities and collaborate with content teams to optimize content
targeting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance
indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of SEO efforts and identify areas for
improvement.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and implement link -building strategies,
coordinating with content writers and outreachers to acquire high -quality
backlinks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with developers,
content, and performance marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are
embedded in all channels.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Perform competitive analysis to understand
market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Audit technical SEO aspects of the website,
including site performance, taxonomy, and structured data, and work with
cross -functional teams to resolve technical issues.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee technical audits, Core Web Vitals
optimization, and structured data implementation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Track performance across Google Search Console,
GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and prepare monthly growth reports.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends,
algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or
related field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- 5+ years of SEO experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proven results in competitive niches
(e.g. Forex, SaaS, E -commerce, iGaming, Finance, or similar data -driven
industries).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in identifying and resolving
technical SEO errors, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience with SEO tools such as Google
Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent analytical skills and creative
thinking, with a strategic and results -oriented approach to SEO.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Analytical mindset with ability to
translate data into action.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience working with
cross -functional teams and developers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
with fluency in English.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- A team player with a passion for supporting and
collaborating with team members.<\/span>
