The Senior SEO Manager at 26PMX is a senior-level position that drives the development and implementation of innovative SEO strategies to achieve exceptional results for clients. This role encompasses leadership, strategy, and advanced execution, with responsibilities for some of the agency’s most significant clients.
As a mentor, the Senior SEO Manager oversees junior team members, setting a standard for excellence and contributing to the development of team processes. Collaboration across multiple disciplines, such as digital PR, content, paid media, and client services, is vital for delivering cohesive and impactful strategies.
The SEO Manager will be responsible for high value clients alongside overseeing SEO strategies for junior team members.

- Lead high-value client projects while supporting junior team members working on these accounts.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with client business goals, collaborating with content and PR teams as needed.
- Own strategy KPIs, oversee strategic roadmaps, and analyze SEO performance to provide insights and adapt tactics.
- Establish standardized SEO processes and mentor team members, offering guidance and knowledge.
- Support the sales team with SEO insights, contributing to pre-sales activities and client pitches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and Google updates, applying this knowledge to improve client strategies.
- Manage workloads, meet client deadlines effectively, and delegate tasks to teams or executives when necessary.
- Share updates and expertise with the broader team and contribute to ISO27001 delivery where applicable.
- At least 4-5 years’ SEO experience developing and managing SEO strategies in a variation of budget levels. Ideally also having experience of managing at least 1 person or a small team.
- Strong technical SEO expertise with deep understanding of technical, content, and offsite pillars.
- Advanced experience in SEO audits, including keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget optimization, and content strategy.
- Proven ability to communicate with clients, present strategic plans confidently, and understand their brand, objectives, and audience.
- Skilled in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Accuranker.
- Innovative mindset to improve processes and adapt to evolving search landscapes, including AI-driven changes.
- Experience or desire to line manage team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Strong time management and diary organization skills, thriving in fast-paced agency environments.
- Experience supporting new business efforts and understanding client commercials alongside SEO needs.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Amazon SEO and experience with TikTok search.
